Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Novaras. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped containing your tracking number.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping  10-15Business Days): FREE on all orders over $50.00 USD. A flat rate of -$4.99 USD applies to orders under $50.00 USD.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to register on the carrier's portal.

Missing or Delayed Packages
If you have not received your shipment within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at novarashelp@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
